Terms & Conditions
1) Selection. By participating in this competition, you acknowledge that Drawing Etc. Art Supplies reserve the rights of selection of the artworks. Drawing Etc. will also be allowed to use your works for publicity.
You may submit multiple entries for consideration by submitting the Google Doc entries. We will select the works base on a number of considerations, such as size, overall curation of showcase, etc.
2) Display. Selected participants are to submit works in "display-ready" conditions. For example, paper works have to be framed and there should be hanging wires attached to the back of canvases. We will not be liable for works damaged during transition.
3) Sale of works. Drawing Etc. Art Supplies will not be taking any commissions on works sold. Any interest in purchasing of works will be handed over to the artist.
4) Exhibition Opening. Exhibition opening will be on 23rd December 2023. Coffee, tea and light snacks will be provided.
5) Exhibition Date. Exhibition will run from 24th December 2023 - 31st December 2023. There will be staff present at all times to welcome guests.
6) Collection of artworks. Artists will have to arrange their own collection of artworks from 1st January 2024 to 6th January 2024.
